The right tubes, at the lab or at home.

On an iPad or a phone, the phlebotomist follows the draw plan and scans every tube.

Gold ✓ …004819

Your order of draw.

  • Fourteen tube and specimen types, from blood cultures to fluoride.
  • A code changes mid-draw: the plan recalculates.

One tube, one patient.

A barcode already assigned to another patient is refused. Code 128 labels print over AirPrint from the iPad or iPhone (pilot).

What’s missing shows before sending.

“Send” stays grayed out and says why: “Non-covered test consent not signed,” “Weight required.” An unscanned tube shows as a warning.

  • Consents signed with a finger, timestamped, sent with the order.
  • Draw time and phlebotomist code written into the order message.

Home-visit routes, on the map.

A visit booked over the phone lands on the route that matches the address, day, and time slot.

your-lab.asynia.io
Tomorrow’s route with three shorter-route proposals: 7, 13 and 19 minutes saved depending on how many time slots move
“Shorter route”: 7, 13, or 19 minutes saved, yours to accept or refuse. Nothing moves on its own.

At the patient’s home, same plan.

Home visit on a phone: route, address, time slot, access notes and options such as fasting or do not move
The visit: address, time slot, access notes, “Fasting,” “Do not move.”
Route running late on a phone: seven minutes behind at the current visit, carried over to later times and the return
Running late: seven minutes at one stop push back the rest of the route.
